Cancellation Policy

Effective policy — subject to updates. For the most current terms applicable to your booking, refer to your booking confirmation email or contact info@lifesupportservices.ca.

Life Support Services offers a 48-hour cancellation policy on public course
enrollments.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session's start time
we will refund the full course fee to the original payment method, or move you
to any other available session at no charge. Cancellations inside the 48-hour
window are non-refundable, but we will do our best to move you to a later
session where possible.

For employer-billed enrollments (fire, EMS, workplace and organizational
bookings), the cancellation terms in your organization's booking agreement
take precedence over this policy.

To cancel, reschedule, or ask a question about a booking, email
info@lifesupportservices.ca and include your booking reference — we'll
reply within one business day.
